Driver base pay starts at $28.00/hour. A higher starting rate will be considered depending on the candidates’ overall experience and qualifications. We offer DOE competitive salaries, employee benefits, profit sharing, PTO, and much more. Housing is and will be made available, as needed, and will be discussed as part of any job offer. Additionally, please note that we will train qualified, experienced truck drivers currently possessing a Class CDL with air brake endorsement for our ready-mix operations.

Daily work assignments may be located at concrete batch plants in Dickinson, Killdeer, Bowman, or Beach, North Dakota.

The primary responsibilities and minimum requirements for the position are summarized below. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check.

Ready Mix Truck Drivers

Responsibilities:

• Safe and timely delivery of concrete to the customer.
• Proper maintenance and care of the ready-mix concrete truck.
• Timely completion of all paperwork.
• Assisting with concrete batch plant work.
• Following all policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Maintaining good public relations with customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Anticipate working 50+ hours per week during the peak construction season.
• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Current medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Awareness of safety issues and a professional attitude when dealing with members of the driving public.
• Ability to read maps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
