Safety & Training Manager – Payne Trucking (Fredericksburg, VA)

Join an industry leader in bulk hauling with over 50 years of service. Payne Trucking seeks a full-time Safety & Training Manager to lead fleet safety, training, and DOT compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, accident investigations, training, driver hiring support, and safety trend analysis. Reports to Director of Safety & HR.

Must have a valid Class A CDL, 2–3 years in transportation safety, strong knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations, and experience with ELD systems (Omnitracs preferred).

This is an in-person role based in Fredericksburg, VA.
