Full-Time Truck Driver / Equipment Operator

To perform skilled tasks associated with the construction and maintenance of highway district roads and systems. Examples of duties include: Operating ten-wheel trucks, pups, water trucks, sand trucks, and transport equipment; performing winter snow removal; performing as member of road crew in laying asphalt, crack sealing, patching and surfacing roads; performing routine maintenance on assigned equipment; and performing general labor as required.

High school diploma or GED required. Must posses or be able to acquire a valid Idaho Commercial Driver’s License with Class A plus tank vehicle endorsements, and comply with safety standards. Must submit to pre-employment drug testing and be enrolled in the random drug testing program. This position comes with full benefits and PERSI retirement.
